Introducing the Enterprise Development Grant (EDG), it aims to help Singapore companies grow and transform during these volatile market conditions. The grant supports projects that help to upgrade your business, innovate or venture overseas. In today’s market, it is absolutely essential that every business have an online presence so as to reach out to their audiences better.
What does the EDG cover?
SMEs can receive up to 80% of maximum support level and non-SMEs up to 60% of qualified costs, as announced in Budget 2021. This support is extended to 30 March 2022. (Isn’t this great?)
There are a few qualifying criteria for this grant:
- Be a business entity registered and operating in Singapore
- Have a minimum of 30% local shareholding
- Be in a financially viable position to start and complete the project
